Attn Coffee Drinkers

The CEO has asked me to research a decent espresso/coffee machine for the kitchen. She’s interested in one that uses those coffee pod things, but I’m also going to look into machines that you can pour ground coffee into, or perhaps one that actually grinds the beans, as I suspect this may be more cost-effective in the long run.

I haven't been given a budget, but I don’t imagine she wants to spend too much on this. Does anyone have any recommendations for a machine that matches the above criteria and may be sturdy enough for use in an office kitchen?
