Ca-chunk

I wish we had voting machines that went ca-chunk. It would improve turn out, I'm sure.

Did my bit to try to ensure the loonies and right-wing nutjobs didn't gain more of a foothold yesterday - voted Green for the council as there was no Lib Dem option, and Lib Dem for the EU. And I don't care who knows it.

It was a tiny polling station and I was the only voter present. However, the officials told me they'd had about a 30% turn out by 5pm, so I'm hoping the after-work rush materialised.

Hope you all have something nice planned for the weekend. I'll be tidying, shooting and catching up on some TV. Very rock and roll :-)
