Progress, travels and thoughts

Things at work are moving again. I've managed to pin down the people I needed to speak to and now I have plenty of work, and control over the schedule for completing it.

My boss continues to be reasonable, and I'm quick enough on my feet to stay on his good side. I started to ask about working at home and finishing a bit early tomorrow, and he said it was fine before I'd got halfway through the sentence. Hurrah.

I need to leave early because we're heading over to Suffolk to pick up my Grandmother and bring her back for a two-week break. It'll be nice to have the old dear around for a while.

Archery - I'm staying away from my bow until Sunday at the earliest. Well, mostly. I might draw it a bit, but I won't shoot it. Honest.

Thoughts - I really don't like it when good people I care about are going through the emotional mill and there's not much I can do about it. Bugger.
