Bloody physio

He forgot to book my appt for last night, so now I have to wait until next Tuesday. In the meantime all but one of the exercises is now causing me pain and I'm getting increasingly frustrated. Other than a little manipulation I've had no real treatment, and the allowance given by the insurance company is being eaten up by each appointment.

So next Tuesday I will ask for treatment and/or some kind of scan. If it isn't going to get better without surgery I need to know sooner rather than later so I can get my head around it.

I'm seriously unimpressed. I've had far better treatment from the NHS in the past, and the rates this place charge make me feel faint..
