Weekend in brief

Saturday:

Bought things, including new trainers, and arranged gym induction session. Am aiming to become lean, mean and superfit. Well, leaner and fitter would do. Not sure if I can do mean.

Cooked successful roast dinner for slightly unexpected guests. Got an early night.

Sunday:

Headed off early to watch the Grand Final of the new GB Archery Series. Lots of fun and got to catch up with my coach. Now I'm desperate to shoot again and will probably have to pack my bow away because I keep wanting to take it down from the wall and draw it "just to see".

Early night beckons, as I've an early start at work, followed by an early departure so I can get my seemingly healthy but vey painful tooth put out of my misery.
