Nice change

die_fleiderhatOther than a burst of rain late Saturday, the weather has been glorious - sunny yet fairly cool. I'm currently enjoying the last half of a bottle of Erdinger, poured into a glass with a slice of lemon.
This weekend's achievements include probably the best tomato and chicken casserole I've ever made, a mountain of ironing and making the brief jaunt down the M6 to see the new Harry Potter movie at the Showcase Cinema off J.10. Well paced, entertaining and fun, with some great casting. However, I suspect a little too much might have been cut. We shall see how they tackle the gaps in the next instalment I suppose.
I surveyed the other films coming up and didn't see much to grab my attention - Die Hard 4.0 is the kind of movie I'll watch at some on a borrowed DVD; The Simpsons is the sort of movie I'll watch when Satan calls into work saying it's too dangerous to drive in during an icestorm.
