Chuffed

Four juniors from our club went to the two-day Junior National Archery Champs this weekend just gone. One only shot on the second day, while the others shot both days.

All of them shot personal best scores and placed in the top ten in their categories. Two of them were watched by the GB head coach (a Korean chap) who looked pleased with what he saw.

Best of all, the county teams were selected from the best four archers from each county on the second day. Our four juniors made up the team, coming fifth overall.

It's down to their hard work, but I can't help but feel proud and pleased.
