Interview two

That went well. To summarise, it's a small company and offers interesting, varied work with opportunities for on the job training in most of the technical areas I want to improve on. However, they intimated if they were to offer me a position, it wouldn't be for much more than I was on at QaotiQ, with the proviso that they'd look at ramping up my salary in stages over two years, which would be fair enough.
