Who watches the Watchmen?

Not I. I've read all the comments and claims that it's very faithful and any changes made are necessary and don't spoil the story etc. However, I've heard that about many film adaptations and it almost never bears out. I don't think it can ever match the book so I see no point in forking out cash to watch an inferior adaptation. I will, however, read the reviews on lj to see what you all think. Enjoy :-)
